YES!!! AQUA ZUMBA. This class has all the moves and energetic music used in land Zumba, but is in the pool which is fantastic fun. This class is taught on Fridays @ 12.30pm-13.15pm with Charlotte

With Jodie Haines on Thursdays @ 18.00-19.00. This class concentrates on all those problem areas, BUMS.LEGS and TUMS. This class is suitable for all Fitness Levels.

New to H2 Fitness, Meta Fit with James on Fridays @ 7.00pm-7.30pm. 30 Minutes of working to your absolute maximum capacity. If you want to get results then give this class a go. NON members welcome.
